Shipping & Returns Policy

Because our trinkets and wearables are custom-made just for you, we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. The "Personalized" Rule

All sales of personalized, custom-engraved, or made-to-order items are final. Once we begin crafting your piece, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind or decide you no longer want the item.

2. If Your Item Arrives Damaged

We take great care in packaging your treasures, but sometimes the journey is rough. If your item arrives broken, defective, or with a manufacturing error:

  • Contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery at [Your Email].
  • Include Photos: Please send clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
  • Our Promise: If we made a mistake or the item is damaged, we will ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.

3. Cancellations

You have a small window to change your mind!

  • Once your item has entered the production queue, we can no longer cancel the order or issue a refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order for a personalized item, you agree to the following terms regarding custom content:

1. Ownership of Content

You represent and warrant that you own the rights to, or have received all necessary permissions to use, any text, images, photos, or graphics you upload for personalization.

  • The "Don't Steal" Rule: You may not upload logos, characters, or artwork that belong to someone else (e.g., Disney characters, professional sports team logos, or famous photography) unless you have written permission.

2. License to Use

When you upload content, you grant [Your Shop Name] a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. > Note: We will not use your personal photos or custom designs for our own marketing or social media without asking for your explicit permission first.

3. Prohibited Content

We’re all about creativity, but we keep it respectful. We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains:

  • Infringement on trademarks or copyrights.
  • Content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes hate speech/violence.
  • Explicit or illegal imagery.
  • If we cancel an order for these reasons, we will issue a full refund, but we aren't liable for any delays this causes.

4. Quality & Accuracy

  • User Error: We print exactly what you send us. Please double-check your spelling, dates, and grammar. We are not responsible for "Happpy Birthday" if that’s what was typed in the box!
  • Image Quality: For photo-based trinkets, the final product is only as good as the file you provide. Low-resolution or blurry images may not translate well to physical items.
  • Color Matching: Because every screen displays colors differently (RGB vs. CMYK), we cannot guarantee an exact 100% color match between your monitor and the final physical product.

5. Final Sale Policy

Because these items are custom-made just for you, all personalized sales are final. * We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was a manufacturing error on our part.
